Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We are unable to make provisional bookings unless credit terms have been agreed. All deposits are non-refundable.
Vouchers: These are valid for 10 months only from the date of purchase. We require you to book and use your voucher within this period. Vouchers can be extended for three months for a fee of £50 per driver. No refunds are available for the vouchers, although they are transferable to another driver for a fee of £25.
Availability / Location: Please contact us to check availability and book your experience. We operate on selected weekdays and weekends. This is an outdoor event, as a driver or spectator please ensure you come dressed appropriately for the weather on the day.
Course Content: Times and course lengths are approximate. Drivers on rally experiences take part in groups. In the unlikely instance of any session not being completed, the maximum compensation available is limited to the net cost of the element not completed. This sum is at our discretion.
Mechanical Breakdown / Severe Weather: We reserve the right to cancel days where, due to extremes of weather or mechanical breakages, the course would be unsafe to run. We are not liable for any costs incurred and will re-schedule another day, subject to availability. In the event of a breakdown or where a vehicle is deemed unsafe for use, substitute vehicles may be drafted in.
Safety: Driving Experiences involve some personal risk. We require drivers to sign a disclaimer before we will allow you to take part. On all experiences our professional instructors assess a participant's ability to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any sessions should we deem it necessary. We kindly ask you to respect that our professional instructors' decisions are final and in your best interests. No refunds will be given. Please note that we currently hold £5 million public liability insurance.
Accident Damage Indemnity: Reduces the potential cost of accident damage from £500 to £0 and is available to purchase for £25 per driver. Please note that if you require this accident damage indemnity it can be paid on arrival.
Spectators: Are welcome on the understanding that they sign a declaration of indemnity and on payment of £10 per person. Spectators will have the opportunity for Rally Hot Rides and Drives subject to cost and availability.
Cancellations / Change of Confirmed Dates: A fee of £50 per driver will be made for a change of a confirmed experience date. There are NO re-funds available for cancellations of bookings.
Failure to attend / Feedback: In the event that you fail to attend the day your entire 'Experience' will be forfeited. We cannot be held responsible for traffic delays. The easiest way to resolve any problems that you may experience is to speak to the chief instructor on the day who will ensure that any issues are rectified. Similarly, we would like to hear all positive feedback too!
